All entry forms must be accompanied with a payment or entry form will be returned for non-payment. Reserve entries close July 1, 2024. Walk-in entries will be accepted until July 24, 2024 with a cash payment only. Walk-in entry forms must be completed prior to registration and will close one hour prior to squad start time.

No personal checks will be accepted after July 1, 2024. A thirty-five dollar ($35.00) service fee will be applied for any returned checks. A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service fee for a refund shall be imposed for any cancellation of entry. Entry fee will be forfeited when a Bowler are assigned to the lanes and/or scheduled to bowl.USBC RULE 314

Check-in...

Please have all changes completed one hour before squad time. Check-in will close 30 minutes prior to squad time. No changes or additions will be accepted once check-in has been closed.

Bowlers are responsible for submitting an attached letter from their local USBC bowling association and/or through the USBC website for average verification. League recap sheets cannot be used as average verification.

List the following averages on your application:

1. Highest 2023/2024 sanctioned book. (Submit local association verification)
2. Highest 2022/2023 sanctioned book. (Submit local association verification)
   (Highest average between A & B will be used for the tournament)
3. Bowlers without a current average who bowled in the 2022/2023 Inter-Airline Bowling Tournament will be averaged on the events bowled, based on a minumum of three events bowled (9 games). The highest tournament average in 2021/2022 and/or 2022/2023 if applicable will be used.
4. If no average for 2022/2023 or 2023/2024, bowler will bowl scratch.
5. Ten pin drop rule will not apply in this tournament. (USBC rule 319A.2)
6. Re-rating requirements will apply to all entrants in this tournament. Any adjustments to an average must be submitted in writing prior to the end of first game. (USBC rule 319E)
